Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking, with any mobile device, is the most convenient way to keep up with your banking when you are on the go! Mobile Banking allows you to access and monitor your accounts just as you do with your computer and make deposits using our eDeposit. For your added security, Touch Id allows you to use your fingerprint to access the app. Deposit and check images are available for you to view, just look for the icon under the amount to view the image. You can make bill payments using our eBill Pay, manage payments, and view payment activity all under the "Payments" tab at the bottom of the app, between "Transfers" and "Locations".

You can do all this via our mobile app. Simply search for Primebank in Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store, download, and begin your mobile banking experience with us!
Make deposits from the comfort of your own phone. Mobile eDeposit works with most smart phones and tablets.

Making a mobile deposit is quick, easy, and secure. Simply take a photo of your check and process your deposit. It’s simple!

  • Properly endorse your check and choose the account you would like to deposit the check into.
  • Verify the check information.
  • Take a photo of the front and back of your check and submit.

(Check your mobile carrier’s agreement for any data transfer fees)
Let us help make paying bills easier. Pay anyone with Primebank’s eBill Pay service. You determine when you want to make your payments. Save paper, postage, and time.
You can set alerts you want to receive whether that is when a check clears your account or your balance dips below a predetermined amount. You will receive a text message to notify you of the activity you want to know about when you want to know that information.

To begin receiving eAlerts, login to Internet Banking from the Summary of Accounts page, and click on the account you want to receive eAlerts for. From there, click on eMessenger Alerts from within the Alert box. To set up a new alert, click new alerts. From the next box, select the category and the type of alert you would like to receive, and then click next. Then select how often you would like to receive an eAlert and where you would like the eAlert to be sent. Lastly, click finish and you will begin receiving information about your account activity.

Primebank also provides additional ways to receive eAlerts. Download the brella app and register your debit card or download the Card Valet app and register your credit card. For more information about both brella and Card Valet refer to our Debit/Credit Card page in the Personal Banking section of our website.
